The Berwyn Historical Society is a non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve, protect
and promote architectural and historic resources in Berwyn through advocacy and education.

Monetary funds raised or donated to the organization are used for the following:

• To preserve and maintain the items in our collection and obtain new items
• Office space
• Archival space
• Office telephone line
• Office supplies
• Promotional materials for events (printing of postcards, flyers, posters, banners, brochures etc)
• Event advertising
• Newsletter printing (the next one is due in October 2010)
• Postage (member mailing etc.)
• Employee/contractor salary (The BHS currently has NO paid employees but we are in search of a new part-time archivist)
